JEFF BAKER serves as a sound tech at Otterbein and plays in the orchestra at special times throughout the year. He is married to Debbie, and they have two children, Derek and Megan. They live in Waynesboro and have attended Otterbein for 10 years.

RICK DUESLER is our Executive Director of Administration. Rick joined our staff in June 2006. Prior to joing our staff, Rick served in the Air Force for 23 years as a firefighter and Human Resource Specialist. He is married to Theresa, and they have two children, Samantha and Corey.

DONNIE ETTER serves as a teacher for one of our OC Adult classes on Sunday mornings. Donnie is married to Linda and they have two adult son. Donnie works at Manitowac and lives in Chambersburg.

JOHN HORTON currently serves as an Elder, Management Oversight Team Member and assists Sandra,his wife of 12 yearsin our two-year-old classroom during the 9:45 a.m. service. He has two children Emily (7) and Noah (5) and has attended Otterbein from 1992 - 1997, 2001 - present. He has retired from the Navy and is currently working as a Network Engineer for Akamai Technologies.

JOEL LUM works for the U.S. Department of Treasury in Martinsburg, WV. Joel is married to Teresa and is the father of three children. Joel currently serves on Sunday mornings with our multimedia ministry team. Joel and Teresa live in Hagerstown, MD.

MICHAEL NEWMAN is the Senior Pastor and has been in that position since 1988. Pastor Mike served as Associate Pastor at Otterbein prior to that time. He is married to Michelle and they have a son, Jeb.

SCOTT SANDERS works at Manitowoc Crane Group. He is married to Kristi, and they have two children, Alyssa and Nikolas. Scott is also a member of the Global Ministries team, heads up the indoor soccer ministry and serves as a substitute teacher in the 2-year-old class.

ED SCHUURMAN works as a Physicians Assistant at the Mont Alto Family Practice. Ed is married to Becky and they have four children. Ed serves on the worship team (drummer) and helps in other ministries as needed.

MIKE SATERBAK retired in January 2007 after 20 years in the USAF followed by 22 years working for two department of defense contractors for the Army. He is married to Marcia (Marci) and has 2 daughters, Shauna (Saterbak) Rosenberger and Susan (Saterbak) Martin and 4 grandsons. Mike and Marci have been members of Otterbein Church since 1986. He currently serves on the Management Oversight Team Member and as a Small Group Leader.
