9:20 a.m. Worship Service Style Change Announcement

Beginning Sunday, December 6, 2009, we will change the worship style of the 9:20 a.m. service from a traditional/blended style (our current style at 9:20) to a contemporary style of worship (what we currently do at 10:45 a.m.). This means that instead of having two traditional/blended services and one contemporary service each week, we will begin having one traditional/blended service (at 8:00 a.m.) and two contemporary services every week (at 9:20 and 10:45 a.m.). If you were not present during one of our worship services on Sunday, November 22, when Pastor Mike spoke about the change, we would encourage you to watch/listen to the announcement which provides the rationale and gives additional information.

On Monday, November 23, 2009, Pastor Mike sent a mailing to the congregation which also included information about the change. Click here to download the mailing.

Inclement Weather - Cancellation Information/Policy

If the weather is bad, you can check cancellations on the church website (WE USUALLY PUT THEM ON THE FRONT PAGE) or call the church at (717)762-7147 and listen to the voice mail message. Choose option 6 when the auto attendant starts speaking and it will take you to the cancellation mailbox where any cancellations will be included. Due to the difficulty in reaching radio stations on weekends, we may or may not be able to contact local radio stations with cancellation information.
