Online Giving Instructions

STEP 1: Click on the Online Giving Button above and login. If you do not already have an account, follow the prompts to create an account and set up your contribution.

STEP 2: Complete the Online Contribution Form. Make sure you choose "Project Haiti Earthquake Relief" in the "Fund" drop down menu. Unless you wish to schedule your gift to be given on a different day, you will choose "I would like to make this contribution immediately." After completing the payment method section, hit the SUBMIT PAYMENT NOW button.

Online Giving Q & A

Q: Why do I have to Create An Account to Give?
The company we use to receive online gifts requires you to create an account so we have the necessary information to provide a receipt to you for your gift. Information you provide to us is secure. If you do not attend Otterbein, we assure you that we will not use any information you provide for any other purpose than sending an ackowledgement of your donation.

Q: What if I have forgotten my login information?
Choose the Account Help button on the screen. The instructions are self-explanatory and they will send you your information if you have an account already setup.

Q: I clicked the "Online Giving" button and nothing happens.
When you click Online Giving, a new browser window is opened. If you are using a pop-up blocker such as the Google Toolbar, Norton Internet Security or Pop-Up Stopper, the window will not open. Most tools will allow you to permit pop-ups on a specific web site. In order to use the Online Giving area, you will need to allow pop-ups withing otterbeinchurch.org.

Q: When would this automatic contribution be charged to my account?
On the signup screens, you can specifiy whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month (1st and 15th), monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.

Q: Can I use my debit card or credit card?
Yes, as long as it is Visa or MasterCard.

Giving Overview
Three Ways to Give

There are three different ways for you to give to Otterbein's Project Haiti Earthquake relief fund.

WORSHIP SERVICES: Use the special offering envelopes provided in the seat backs in the sanctuary (they are also available at the Information Center in the church lobby) and place your gift in the offering plate during one of our worship services.

MAIL: Send your gifts to Otterbein Church, 801 Park Street, Waynesboro, PA 17268. Please clearly mark your checks as Haiti Relief.

ONLINE: You can also give online by clicking the ONLINE GIVING button on this page.
