Associate Pastor of Serving, Outreach, and Global Ministries:
Otterbein Church is looking for a proven leader to join our staff as the Associate Pastor of Serving, Outreach, and Global Ministries. We are looking for a committed follower of Christ who is passionate about mobilizing the Body of Christ for ministry in the church, community, and throughout the world. He must be a “leader of leaders,” an excellent communicator in one-on-one, small and large group settings, and be a team player. He must have competencies and a willingness to work alongside other pastoral staff in conducting weddings and funerals as well as provide pastoral care to the congregation.

After reviewing resumes, applications will be sent to candidates the church wishes to pursue. Completed applications along with a video of the candidates preaching/teaching will be reviewed and considered as they are received. We will not interview all applicants. Interviewing will be done at the discretion of Otterbein Church and will involve only those persons we feel are most suited for the position based on the applications.
