Why is it so important that I get connected?

God made us for community because He knew it is not good for us to be alone. We are wired with a need to connect with other people and with the God who made us. If we are not connected we are disconnected and God never intended for us to expereince life alone. This is evidenced as you look at God's Word. We are instructed to love, pray for, care for, encourage, forgive, accept and serve one another. This takes place when we are connected to the body of Christ.

So, how do I get connected?

We have many places where you can begin getting connected. Check out Worship, Adult Classes and LIFE Small Groups to find out about the small group setting. We offer several Adult Classes on Sunday mornings. There are also many volunteer opportunities for people who want to get connected by serving. If you're new to Otterbein and want to find out more about the church, the Base Classes are great place to begin.
