Adult Ministries at Otterbein
We have many different types of adult ministries here at Otterbein. They are primarily divided up into four categories: Women's Ministries, Men's Ministries and Senior Adult Ministries.
Women's Ministries
The Women's Ministry Team is made up of Kelly McGahen (director), Theresa Duesler, Raeann Reid, Lori Smith and Amy Churchman. They plan special events throughout the year that allow for ladies to connect with each other. If you are interested in finding out more about women's ministries, please email Pastor Lee Reams.
Men's Ministries
Men’s Ministries exists to encourage one another in an environment of learning, fellowship, encouragement, confidentiality, accountability and prayer. There is a Bible study that takes place every Tuesday morning, 6–7 a.m. in the Ministry Center.
The Otterbein Men’s Ministry Team sponsors a quarterly Men’s Breakfast. These breakfasts are a great place of fellowship and worship while we share a hearty breakfast. The breakfasts for 2008 will be held on Saturdays, Feb. 2, May 10, Aug. 2 and Nov. 8 in the small banquet room of the Otterbein Ministry Center. For more information, please call the church office at (717)762-7147 or email Richard O’Hara.
Senior Adult Ministries
Recognizing that God's not done with you when you reach 60, the senior adult ministry exists to continue the process of making mature disciples of Jesus Christ. As our purpose states this focuses on spiritual needs, social needs and encourages seniors to use their experiences, wisdom and talents in serving God through serving the church and others.
