Sunday Morning Classes

Sunday classes have a dual purpose of helping people become like Jesus and connect with other people in the church. Classes meet weekly and begin new studies on a regular basis (Fall studies below begin in September).

Covenants Seekers Class
1 Corinthians
This class will walk through Paul’s letter to the church at Corinth.

Helping Hands Class (Senior Adults)
The Sovereignty of God 

Believing in the sovereignty of God is not difficult when life is going well.  That often leaves us perplexed (and sometimes annoyed or even angry) are the turmoils and tragedies of daily life.  These can cause us to wonder, “Is God really sovereign? If so, then why do nations wage genocide?  Why do people flaunt wickedness with impunity?  Why do families continue to disintegrate?  These and other questions will be dealt with by the teachers and students alike.

Christ’s Ambassadors Class
The Gospel of Luke

Join us as we bring our journey through the Gospel of Luke to a close this quarter. Luke was a doctor who took notice of details and therefore provides a thorough and compelling picture of the life of Jesus with unique emphasis on his humanity.

Friends Class
Book of Acts
Journey through the book of Acts and watch the church begin, spread and discover how the Apostle Paul spread the gospel throughout the known world.

Bereans Class
The Book of Genesis
Beginnings. That is a great word to summarize the book of Genesis. It includes the beginning of creation, the beginning of the patriarchs and the beginning of the nation of Israel. It is chalked full of incredible stories of God’s plan, faithfulness and goodness in the lives of people. The main characters are not perfect yet they discover that God is good and His plan is perfect. This study will carry through most of 2017.
