Service Times
Otterbein Church has three worship services every Sunday. The music style in the first service is different from the second and third services, but the sermon is the same in all three. During each of the worship services, there are many other ministries which meet concurrently including nursery, children’s ministries, youth ministries and some adult classes. Following is a complete overview of the various ministries offered during each of the worship services:
8 a.m. Service
Blended Worship in the Sanctuary
This service is a combination of hymns & worship choruses accompanied by piano, organ, guitar, drums & electronic keyboards. The choir is also an integral part of these services.
Nursery and Children’s Ministries
Nursery (birth–1 year) meets in Church Room 103–104 on the first floor
Toddlers meet in Church Room 101–102 on the first floor
2-Year-Olds meet in Church Room 103 on the first floor for Kids Konnect*
Ages 3–pre-K meet in Church Room 103 for Kids Konnect*
K–grade 5 meet in the Ministry Center gym for Kids Konnect*
Kids Konnect is a ministry program where children (Age 2 – Grade 5) connect with God and friends in a fun, interactive and Christ-centered atmosphere. It is designed with two specific groups of children in mind: 1) children who only attend church during the 8 a.m. service and 2) children who are on campus for more than one service because parents are attending worship and either serving in a ministry or attending adult Bible class/small group. Please note: If a child attends only one of the 9:20 or 10:45 services, they must attend the Sunday School program.
9:20 a.m. Service
Modern Worship in the Sanctuary
This service is more modern in nature and is accompanied by electronic keyboards, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar & electronic drums. Singing is led by the praise team.

Toddlers meet in Church Room 101–102 on the first floor
2-Year-Olds meet in Church Room 301 on the third floor
3-Year-Olds meet in Church Room 307–309 on the third floor
4-Year-Olds meet in Church Room 303–305 on the third floor
5-Year-Olds (not in Kindergarten) meet in Church Room 303 on the third floor
K–Grade 5 will meet for Sunday school
• K–grade 1 meet in Bears’ Paws (MC 210–211) at the Ministry Center
• Grades 2–3 meet in the Sports Center (MC 217–219) at the Ministry Center
• Grades 4–5 meet in AM45 (MC 202) at the Ministry Center
• Special Needs meet in Picture Perfect (MC XXX) at the Ministry Center
Middle School Students (grades 6–8) meet for Diverge in the OC Refinery.
High School Students (grades 9–12) meet for AMDiscovery in the Youth Ministry Center
Adult Classes meet on the first floor of the church and in the Ministry Center
10:45 a.m. Service
